We accept payments through PayPal a secure credit card processing site. You do not have to have an account to pay with PayPal just a valid credit card.

Shipping:

Currently orders are shipped between 7-10 business days.  All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified.  Rush shipping is available on most items upon request.
All Two B Original Collection purchases are packaged ready for gift giving at no additional cost.
We pride ourselves on presentation and quality.

Product Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days so that we can process your return.  We will gladly exchange the item(s) for you.  All returned items must be in original condition and packaging and must be unused.  Exchange will be sent once we receive the returned item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are no returns or exchanges on special orders or personalized items.
